Coming from North on the M1

• Leave Pacific Motorway and take Exit 85 onto Reedy Creek Road (divided arterial road)
• Travel east for ca 2 km, turn left at 4th traffic light onto Bermuda Street (divided arterial road)
• Travel north for ca 4 km, turn left at 3rd traffic light onto Cottesloe Drive (divided road)
• Travel west for less than 1km, turn left at first roundabout into University Drive (divided road)
• Travel down hill, through roundabout, go up hill, turn right at roundabout (unmistakable, as it is the Bond University entrance)
• Travel west for about 300 metres, turn left at roundabout onto Lake Street
• Travel down hill to intersection with Varsity Parade
• Central 240 is the building on your left on the corner
• Turn left into Varsity Parade and take the first driveway on your left and park out the back.
